6. Monitoring and Evaluation
The supreme management body is the Organization Council that designs the strategy of activities development, performs inspection and allocation of the annual budget, appoints the project coordinators, decides on opening/closing of clubs in localities and also resolves any other issues referring to the project activities. Coordinators are the executive body that implements the activities planned by the Council. The leaders of local clubs are responsible for weekly events, involvement of assistants for implementing programs and searching for club members.
The reporting on the executed work is carried out in the opposite order from the Club Leaders to the Council, it includes monthly and quarterly reports of events attendance by participants, financial expenses, results and achievements of activities development.
The tracking of general expenses is carried out based on accounting statements and other reports of the non-governmental organization.
